Paulino Cuevas participated as a researcher and co-author in the drafting of the feasibility study for the construction of a film studio with water tanks in the province of Almería, Spain. The study was commissioned by the Andalusia Film Commission to Euromedia Consulting, at the request of the Ministry of Culture of the Junta de Andalucía.
